FAQ’s

+ Can I return my item’s?

Yes, we accept all returns within 14 days of receipt. In order to receive a full refund items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached.

+ Can I exchange my item?

Currently, we cannot exchange items. The best option that we can recommend is returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and placing a new order.

+ If my item’s are faulty what do I do?

If you receive an item from us that is not in expected condition, please email us info@willowlanefashion.co.uk and we will help to resolve this issue.

+ Can I amend my item’s?

We currently cannot amend orders after they are placed.

+ Do you accept student discount?

We do not offer student discount at all times, however we may hold promotion events which are dedicated to our student customers!

+ Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used in each order. Any discount codes that can be used in conjunction with others will be otherwise stated.

+ Will item’s be restocked if sold out?

Some of our items may be restocked after selling out, this depends if they are still available from stockists. If you have a query regarding restocking of an item please email us info@willowlanefashion.co.uk for more information.

+ I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

First of all, we apologise that something has gone wrong with your order. Please email within 7 days of receipt info@willowlanefashion.co.uk in order to get this resolved. In this case we will offer an exchange or refund.
