Click & Collect
Willow Lane is based in Turriff, Aberdeenshire. We can offer click & collect services for customers who are able to collect their item from this area. Collection will be available from our store during opening hours the day after ordering, please get in contact with us if you need your parcel the same day and we can try and accommodate as best as we can. Collection address is 8 Main Street, Turriff AB53 4AD. If you cannot collect during opening hours please contact us at info@willowlanefashion.co.uk and we will try to arrange an alternative time.
UK Delivery Choices
Delivery can be either 1st Class Signed for (£5.55) or 2nd Class Signed for (£4.45) via Royal Mail. Please allow two working days for orders to be processed and shipped. You will be informed via email when your order has been completed. All deliveries will have to be signed for upon receipt. Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays
Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. In order to receive a full refund items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. If you are out-with this time period, you have a following 14 days to return your items for a credit note.
Please note: Sale items can be returned for a credit note only within 7 days of receiving your parcel, this can be emailed to you or processed in store, alternatively you can exchange your item in store.
